1⃣don't eat for 1200 cal every day
if you do that your body will reduce your metabolism (quantity of energy needed) to adapt and not only you’ll not lose more weight but eating over 1200 will make you gain weight

have a variable calorie deficit on the week

2⃣always eat enough proteins to make sure you'll not lose muscles

3⃣tell at least one person (family, neighbor) that you are dieting
-
you'll lose weight, you'll be happy for that and probably want to lose more again and again

you need somebody to stop you when necessary

1⃣ ne manges pas pour 1200 cal tous les jours

si tu fais ça, ton corps réduira ton métabolisme (quantité d’énergie nécessaire) pour s’adapter et non seulement tu ne perdras plus de poids, mais manger plus de 1 200, te fera prendre du poids

aies toujours un déficit calorique variable sur la semaine

2⃣manges suffisamment de protéines pour éviter de perdre du muscle, prends du whey si nécessaire

3⃣préviens au moins une personne de ton entourage que tu suis un régime minceur

tu vas perdre du poids, tu en seras heureux et voudras probablement en perdre plus encore et encore

il te faut quelqu'un pour te stopper si nécessaire

This is correct portions for my body and my diet. did you know a serving of salmon is about 3oz’s with 23grams of protein. the typical fillet we serve ourselves is 6-8oz’s, which for my size is too much protein in one meal. but keep in mind dietary needs are different depending age, sex, weight, height and physical activity. to keep it simple, here is a visual example of what my plate would look like 1/4 protein, 1/4 carbs and 1/2 veggies. very similar to the new #canadafoodguide. click link in my bio for more info and salmon plate recipe. save and tag a friend who needs food motivation. #balanceddiet #balancedmeal

who doesn’t like snacking while watching a movie or a show, reading an article or a book or even while working ?
💁🏻‍♀️you might know by now that i care about the presentation. i am a huge believer that we eat with the eyes first! of course sometimes it is way easier to just grab an apple an devour in 2 minutes but i believe we also should take the time for the presentation and prepare it so that we eat slower! honestly i often find myself enjoying my snacks even more with this trick and i don’t feel the need to snack anything else right after and apple. because i eat slower, my body sends signals to my brain that it is enough.

🙎🏻‍♀️i can hear some of you saying, “meeehhh it takes so much of my time”! but believe me, you worth it! you worth having a nice presentation and your body worth to be in it’s healthier version of itself! 👉🏻if it helps you snacking less and hitting your calories and macros, it is time to sacrifice just a minute of your time to chop an apple.

nice cream: just blend frozen bananas or frozen mangoes with fruit of your choice and some liquid (water, plant milk etc.) and add toppings of your choice if you want🍦

creamy oats: add coconut yogurt to your oats and serve with fresh berries

chocolate porridge: combine oats plus cocoa powder and dark chocolate and enjoy🍫💕

fruits + choc dip: just take some fresh fruits and mix some cocoa powder with maple syrup and dip the fruit into the sauce 🤤
.
granola bowl: plant milk plus granola plus fresh fruit equals yumminess overload 😋
.
chocolate covered rice cakes are an easy alternative for a dessert if you’re on the go or too lazy to prepare anything😇

sleep, it’s something we do every single day. yet, most of don’t know to properly do it. why? because nobody ever taught you how to do it..
-
to get the most out of your 7-8-9 hours (that’s how much you should be getting) you want to be setting yourself up for a solid night’s of sleep, during the day. sounds weird right? but it’s true!
-
no caffeine after 3-4 pm, you don’t want to have caffeine in your system when you go to sleep. that’ll impair sleep quality. just as having a lot of food to digest. don’t eat a big meal 2-3 hours before bed.
-
don’t drink late either, this might wake you up because you have to pee. and try to not have to train late at night. training late at night will impair sleep quality.
-
plan your next day so you know exactly what you’ll be doing and you don’t hit your bed thinking about a gazillion things. this one is huge.
-
keep your room cold. this will help you. you’ll thank me later. block out screens (or use f.lux) to block out blue light, this will mess with your biological clock. blacking out your room will massively help you.
-
and lastly, studies have shown that human beings have the best sleep between 10pm and 2pm. so, get your sleep during money time. 10pm to 5-6 am.

if you can use all of these guidelines, and set your life up in such a way that you can hit all of these marks, you’ll sleep quality will massively improve, which will improve your energy, which will improve your life and this will turn into a vicious cycle of success.

all you basically do is fasting for 16 hours and eat in the other time window of 8 hours. the best option is to skip breakfast and just drink some coffee or tea. ⁣

intermittent fasting is nothing more than skipping a meal, which could make dieting easier, as you feel less hungry. just try it and you’ll see, if it suits you 😉⁣
