How to build your quads???⁣

⭐️ split your leg days into:⁣

1. quad focused day⁣
- barbell squats ⁣
- leg press ⁣
- leg extensions ⁣
- walking lunges ⁣

2. glutes and hamstring day focused ⁣
- deadlift⁣
- hipthrust ⁣
- split squats⁣
- glutes bridges ⁣

do your compounds first and then add on accessories exercises like abductors, hamstring curls etc! also variations of exercises is important such as single leg deadlift or single leg hipthrust.⁣

master the basics and then add variations and more weight for that progressive overload 💪⁣

rome wasn’t built in a day and your quads won’t either so sit back with your cuppa or protein shake and be patient 🤪⁣
