ใครหุงแล้วแข็งยกมือขึ้นนน เมื่อก่อนอัญก็เป็นค่ะ แต่ไปอ่านเจอทริคมา แล้วเหมือนใช้ได้ผล วันนี้เลยเอามาแชร์กันค่ะ วิธีก็ไม่ยากเลย ‘ แ ช่ น้ำ ‘ ใช่ค่ะ แช่น้ำทิ้งไว้ก่อนหุงสัก 1-2ชั่วโมง น้ำประมาณเกือบๆ 1ข้อนิ้วนะคะ แล้วก็หุงตามปกติเลย ของอัญหุงออกมาแล้วข้าวนิ่มเหมือนข้าวขาวปกติเลยค่ะ ลองเอาไปใช้กันดูน๊า 💓
ปล. ข้าวอัญไม่ใช่แบบอย่างดีนะคะ เม็ดเลยอาจจะไม่สวยเท่าไหร่ ซื้อมาโลละ 60กว่าบาทเองค่ะ 😊

🌵ce midi... un bowl gourmand et sain avec une sauce au beurre de noix de cajou @nu3_fr. j’ai mis une belle cuillère à soupe de purée de cajou avec une cuillère à soupe de levure maltée, 1 cuillère à café de jus de citron, 1 cuillère à café de vinaigre de cidre, une pointe de sauce sriracha, du poivre, du pimenton dulce et de l’eau.

pour la garniture, on avait des tomates, du kale emincé, du chou rouge, de l’avocat, du tofu mariné (recette sur le blog), des pâtes complètes, une poêlée de champignons et poivrons de padrón (mini poivrons verts), de la menthe fraîche et un peu plus de sauce sriracha en plus pour moi.

bref, même en vacances (ou surtout en vacances 😅), on ne se laisse pas aller !

nut free vegan mac n cheese by @alexafuelednaturally
follow @vegansfoodrecipes for complete vegan recipes.
ingredients serves 4-6
vegan cheese sauce:
2 cups potatoes, peeled and chopped *i used yukon gold*
2 cup carrots, peeled and chopped
1 can (15.5 ounce) great northern beans (aka white beans) rinsed and drained
3/4 cup unsweetened plain, unsweetened soy milk or water
5 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder

other ingredients:
1 pound dried pasta, i used shell pasta but feel free to use gluten
free *reserve 1/2 cup hot pasta water*
2 tbsp vegan butter, optional but i highly recommend
2 tbsp nutritional yeast

method:
1.boil or steam the potatoes and carrots in a large p*t for about 20 minutes or until soft.
2.in the meantime cook the pasta according to package directions.
3.meanwhile place all the vegan cheese ingredients in a blender (including the cooked potatoes and carrots) and blend until smooth. taste the sauce and adjust ingredients as needed.
4.once the pasta is cooked, carefully spoon out about 1/2 cup hot pasta water into a cup and set aside. then drain the pasta and return to pot. add the vegan cheese sauce to the cooked pasta noddles, mix to combine, if the sauce seems to thick, this is when you can add some of the hot pasta water to loosen up the sauce. * if you’re using gluten free noodles, skip the pasta water and instead use regular hot water.*
5.then add an additional 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast, salt, pepper and 2 tbsp vegan butter (the vegan butter is optional) .
6.for leftovers… to reheat it, add a little bit of plant based milk & or vegan butter if the sauce is too thick.

ingredients:
2 tablespoons salted butter
6 cloves garlic, finely diced
1 pound (500 g) shrimp (or prawns), tails on or off
1 small yellow onion, diced
1/2 cup white wine (optional)
5 oz (150 g) jarred sun dried tomato strips in oil, drained (reserve 1 teaspoon of the jarred oil for cooking)
1 3/4 cups half and half see notes
salt and pepper, to taste
3 cups baby spinach leaves, washed
2/3 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon cornstarch (cornflour) mixed with 1 tablespoons of water (optional)***
2 teaspoons dried italian herbs
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

🥑🍄 marinated mushroom + kale salad! 📷 by @cookingforpeanuts 🚨🚨recipe: bring 3.5 cups water to a boil. reduce to simmer and add juice 1 lemon and about 15 crimini, baby bella or white mushrooms (washed and slightly trimmed). simmer for 3 minutes before draining. allow to cool.
prepare salad: 1/2 small cucumber (chopped), about 15 baby tomatoes (halved), 1/2 of 1-15oz can rinsed and drained garbanzo beans (or 1 cup cooked), 1 small bunch kale (chopped), handful fresh watercress (optional).
dressing: blend on high: 4 tsp apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp water, juice 1/2 lemon, 2 tbsp tahini, 1 tbsp dijon mustard, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 2 minced cloves of garlic, about 2 tbsp fresh parsley (optional), salt/pepper to taste. in a large bowl, pour some of the dressing onto the kale and massage until kale has wilted a little. mix in chopped veggies, marinated mushrooms and remaining dressing. serve with air fryer (or oven roasted) herbed potatoes and avocado.
