Diet tip: open your notes app on your phone, and every time you eat anything type it in. don’t lie to yourself about what your eating. see it in black and white. you don’t need to share it with anyone, this is for you only. do this daily over the course of a week. then look back and pick out all the things you wish you never ate (or drank) then just don’t eat them again the following week 😉 over time you’ll get to a place where your happy with your list, and you’re no longer lying to yourself about what you eat 😉 and yea that one biscuit, or small bag of sweets needs to be included! by including everything you make it easier to gradually eliminate little by little. and as you do, eventually you’ll see results, and hopefully by a process which creates new healthy habits that are long lasting 😉 •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••

had such a fun time shooting yesterday that’s launching soon 💥 got to practise some more boxing and got me wanting to practise it more. it’s such a good cardiovascular exercise as well as testing your focus 🙌🏼

i much prefer doing cardio in short intervals / higher intensity than steady state as i get bored! (unless it’s going for long walks outside then it isn’t as bad, but you won’t find me doing that on a treadmill!).

cardio is good for your heart health, fitness levels and if you’re looking to shred down, but high intensity cardio isn’t needed everyday! in fact, doing hiit everyday is actually not the best because you need to be giving your body time to recover as you’re pushing it to the max. remember you’re body makes the changes when it’s in a rested state, not whilst your training as that’s when you’re breaking down the muscles.

so i’d recommend doing hiit 2-3 times a week and the rest lower impact workouts like weight training and recovery workouts like yoga/ pilates. 🏋🏻‍♀️🤸🏻‍♂️
