🍟 watermelon fries 🍟

a delicious and refreshing summer snack!
slice watermelon into “fries”, mix your favourite yoghurt and then squeeze in some lime juice, a dash of maple syrup, chilli and stir.


🥪 banana sandwich 🥪
⠀ = 200 calories
slice bananas, dollop nut butter, chia jam and desiccated coconut and top with a banana slice! chia jam: heat 2 cups raspberries, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp honey🍯


🍦frozen yogurt🍦
⠀ = 200 calories
this is so delicious! blend until creamy 1 cup frozen mango, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup full f*t greek yoghurt and top with coconut, chia seeds and h**p hearts.


🌯 banana+pb wrap 🌯
⠀ = 300 calories
spread a whole grain wrap with your favourite nut butter and slice a banana on top. roll up and enjoy;)


🍩 apple donuts 🍩
⠀ = 150 calories

do you need supplements to lose weight? absolutely not. eating whole foods, working out, sleeping well and most importantly being in a caloric deficit are the things that you should focus on. if all of those things are taken care of then you can look into supplements to help you out a bit

most of the stuff that you see marketed as “fat loss supplements” will be a waste of your money. seriously don’t even bother with them 👎🏼

caffeine can boost your energy a bit so that you get a better workout in. a simple preworkout or coffee can give you that
.
a protein supplement can give you some extra protein that you might be lacking. aim for a very high % of protein (over 90%) so that you keep the cals low
.
you don’t need a multivitamin but if you are sustaining a caloric deficit and you feel like your diet is lacking in some areas a good multi will ensure that all your bases are covered
.
again, none of these are necessary but can be useful in some circumstances 😊

petit plat du midi, en suivant l’envie du moment 😋. on a dans l’assiette 🍴 120 gr de tagliatelles 💕 60 gr de petits pois cuits 💕 du parmesan 💕 sel 💕 jambon cru 🍴possibilité d’ajouter pour que ce soit moins secs : un peu d’eau des pâtes ou un peu de crème ou du pesto ! et même un petit oignon ! 😉

il n’y a pas plus basique 🤗. bon appétit 😋

siempre tuve dos chocolates favoritos: prestigio y after eight 🤤 hasta que llegó el minuto en que indagué en sus ingredientes y ya no podía comérmelos tan feliz como antes🙈

cuando tenía ganas los comía igual😋 (darse gustitos es parte de la vida✨), pero ahora que tengo la fórmula secreta para hacerlos en la casa y con ingredientes conocidos, esa sensación media amarga se acabó🙅🏽‍♀️♥️
.
exquisitos, naturales y facilísimos!🌟 no son bajos en calorías pero sabemos lo que estamos comiendo!🙌🏼
.
💟esta receta es para 11 barritas tipo prestigio y cada una aporta 180 calorías aprox.
🕐15-20 minutos + 1-2 hrs congelador
.
💥ingredientes:
- 2 tazas de coco rallado
- 1/2 taza de crema de coco
- 1/4 taza alulosa @biofoodschile
- 200 gr chocolate >60% cacao
.
💥preparación:
1. mezclar el coco rallado, el endulzante/azúcar y la crema de coco, hasta obtener una pasta semi sólida moldeable.
2. ponerla en un molde con papel mantequilla u otro. apretar bien la mezcla y dejar del grosor deseado.
3. congelar por 1 a 2 horas.
4. derretir el chocolate (baño maría o en microondas a intervalos). tip: en estos casos es mejor ir haciendolo a baño maría para que no pierda calor.
5. sacar las barritas del congelador, cortarlas y bañarlas en chocolate.
6. dejarlas en una bandeja con papel mantequilla o silicona y refrigerar unos 10 minutos.
7. mantener refrigeradas.

✨reemplazos:
👉🏼la alulosa se puede reemplazar por tagatosa (no vegana) o por algún tipo de azúcar (en el doble de la cantidad indicada, esto también aportaría más calorías). otros endulzantes en polvo ver equivalencias.
👉🏼si no encuentran crema de coco pueden usar leche de coco también. la refrigeran una media hora y sin moverla la abren. se concentra arriba la crema de coco y abajo queda agua (o “el suero”).
