creamy garlic goat cheese sauce (a spin on my go-to creamy garlic cheese sauce): in a blender, combine 1/2 cup @kitehillfoods regular cream cheese (can sub kite hill chive cream cheese or regular cream cheese) + 1/4 cup goat cheese crumbles • 1/4 cup almond milk + 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder + salt & pepper to taste; blend until smooth 🌪). toss with @eatbanza chickpea shells and sautéed garlicky spinach 🍃.

ingredients:⠀
▪1/2 cup soy flour ▪1/2 cup vital wheat gluten
▪2 tbsp flax meal
▪2 tbsp almond flour
▪2 tsp baking powder
▪1/2 tsp salt
▪1/3 tsp cinnamon
▪1 cup unsweetened nut milk
▪1/2 tsp stevia (optional)
▪1 tbsp coconut oil
method:⠀
1- preheat waffle iron to medium high heat
2-add dry ingredients to bowl and mix thoroughly. add milk, sweetener and oil and stir until batter is formed
3-grease waffle iron with a little oil. scoop a portion of the batter onto the centre of the iron. close the iron so to spread batter
4-wait until light indicates waffles have been cooked, or until golden brown. waffles will be delicate so remove with care.

no doubt, one of the best cookies i've ever tasted. vegan, gf, paleo, crunchy in the outside and super moist in the inside.

sans aucun doute l'une des meilleures recettes de cookies que je connaisse.
ces merveilles sont vegan, paléo et sans gluten. croustillants à l'extérieur et moelleux à l'intérieur, je suis obligée de vous partager la recette avant de la mettre sur le blog.

1. mélanger 60g de sucre de coco, 120 g de purée de noisette et 120g de purée d'amande complète.
2. ajouter 40g de farine de manioc, 60g de lait de noisette, 1/2 cc de bicarbonate de soude, les graines d'une gousse de vanille et 1 grosse pincée de fleur de sel.
3. ajouter pour finir 80g de chocolat noir 71% @lechocolatdesfrançais concassé grossièrement. vous devez obtenir une pâte collante qui se tient.
4. former des petites boules bien espacées sur une plaque de cuisson.
5. enfourner 12 à 14 minutes dans un four préchauffé à 180°c.

le plus dur sera d'attendre de les laisser refroidir un peu avant de les dévorer... .
