fakeaway garlic bread sub for lunch! 😍
saw that subway are doing garlic bread subs now and i really really wanted one!! so i made my own 💁🏼‍♀️ i’ve got an italian bmt, with extra garlic mayo and jalapeños 🙌🏼 (i always have jalapeños on my sub, anyone else?!🙋🏼‍♀️)
❤️ 1 @promiseglutenfree white roll (hex b) topped with garlic granules and 40g finely grated reduced f*t cheddar and grilled
🧡 italian meats - counting 3.5 syns for 28g and then i cut the f*t off the parma ham so count it as syn free!
💛 salad and jalapeños

Banoffee pie cookies 🍪🍌🥧 4 cookies are your hexb and 2 syns
🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌 recipe 🥧🍌🍪⬇️
120g porridge oats
1 egg
5 tbsp sweetener
2 tbsp of caramel sugar free syrup
2 tbsp quark
1 tsp baking powder (i don’t syn this but it’s 0.5 if you do)
1/2 tsp of caramel sauce per biscuit
banana (one slice per biscuit)
water if needed 🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪
1. preheat oven to 170 degrees c and line a baking tray with grease proof paper and spray with frylight
2. blitz the oats in a blender until fine
3. add the blended oats, egg, sweetener, quark, caramel syrup to a bowl and combine(if the mixture is a little to stiff add tbsp of water)
4. once the mixture is combined divide into 12 equal balls. place on the baking tray and flatten the balls to make a cookie shape
5. add half a tsp of caramel and one of nana to the middle of each cookie and then fold in the sides of the dough to create a ball shape, may need rolling to create a better shape
6. bake for roughly 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and allow to cool on a cooling rack. 🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌
please note i don’t any cooked fruit! so if you do don’t forget the banana!

Chocolate and coconut waffles 🥥 🍫
heb + 2 syns 😇
followed my usual waffle recipe (in my highlights) but used coconut light and free, added a tsp of coconut choc shot (0.5) and a tsp of morrison’s cocoa powder (0.5) drizzled with coconut light and free and a tsp of choc shot (0.5) i’ll count 0.5 for the sprinkle of desiccated coconut but that’s way over estimating 🤷🏻‍♀️ good egg ent i? 🌚

Mexican mac & cheese 😍😍😍
what an absolute dreammmmm!!!!! this will always be a firm favourite of mine, i can’t believe that this is only 1.5 syns.. it tastes like naughty food!! 😂❤️
• fry one chopped onion, 2 cloves of garlic, a handful of chopped mushrooms & sweetcorn in a frying pan.
• add your cooked macaroni to the frying pan and mix everything together.
• add in a packet of @tescofood ready to eat mexican inspire pulled chicken (180g pack is 0.5 syns).
• add in 2 tbsp of @crucial_sauce bbq sauce (0.5 per tbsp).
• top with 75g of @primula_cheese light cheese (hexa).
• i then popped it all into a dish and cooked it in the oven for 15 mins!!!
i’ve served mine with a speedy salad 🥗

Cheesy bean potato waffle dippers 😍🧀🥫🥚. potato waffles topped with baked beans & melted cheese are delicious enough as they are, but slice 'em into soldiers for dippy eggs and you have a whole new level of yumminess 🤤.
they're really easy to prepare, just cook 2 potato waffles in the oven according to the instructions, heat your baked beans & spoon over, then add 30g grated cheese. pop back into the oven to melt and prep your eggs in the meantime. for perfect dippy eggs, bring a saucepan of water to the boil, add your eggs and cook for exactly 6 minutes. this timing is for large eggs straight from the fridge so if you're using smaller or room temperature eggs then reduce the cooking time by 1 minute. slice up your cheesy bean waffles and get dipping 😋.
full disclosure: i might have been impatient and already dipped a couple into the eggs before taking the photo 😳, so you should get 6 dippers in total from 2 potato waffles 👍.
