New honeycomb crispy m&ms.. these guys have been pretty on the ball when it comes to bringing out new products and new flavours in quick rotation.. new flavours come and the old ones get booted. limited edition y'all. but i would really like to see some change in the chocolate as well. it seems to me like it's just laziness (i know it's a big job with alot of machinery involved, don't peak out). i could be wrong but the way i see it is the flavours change but the base never does. the strawberry and cream m&ms.. why weren't they white chocolate? where was my cream? they need to bring out a white m&m here in australia, it would seriously go off chops. innovation to our nation please. i do have to admit that these were pretty good. i had a few tasters who rated them very highly. from me? i'm not a huge honeycomb fan but they promised exactly what they laid out so 8/10. if you love honeycomb you'll be going back for seconds... oh also. fart. wasn't a very s****y review so i thought i'd add that in there, make it a bit dirty.

I don't have many words for these.. nutella.. biscuit.. drool. foodgasm. fainting dramatically to the floor like i just found out that susie (i don't know any of their names) from bold and the beautiful is actually a man and carrying her best friends, brothers, uncles, pet dogs child... whaaaaaaa? okay not that dramatic but dam son i loves these. so plain and simple but the ratio of nutella to biscuit is so perfectly balanced. 15/10... 100% would smash, 1000 times over.

how to stop night time snacking🤷🏽‍♀️ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

1️⃣ eat a balanced diet throughout the day. if you find that you are sneaking to the cupboard for a snack at midnight, it may be a result of not eating enough during the day. make sure you’re eating meals throughout the day to keep you fuelled - i aim to get protein/fats/carbs/fibre throughout the day. if you know you are usually peckish after dinner, save a snack for after. i love strawberries as my after dinner “dessert,” protein mousse or low cal jelly 🍓 ⁣
2️⃣ stay hydrated 💦 it is not uncommon to mistake thirst for hunger. i know i get peckish if i am not drinking enough water in the day. you could also try a tea after dinner to curb cravings or a low cal/protein hot choc 🍫 ⁣
3️⃣ remove or replace snack foods in your home. in most cases, people go for carbohydrate-rich or “comfort” foods when snacking late at night. 🌟 getting rid of these types of food or replacing them with healthy options can help curb your snacking habit. “if i want something, i can have an apple.” 🍏 you may find that given the option between a piece of fruit and not having anything that you realize you aren’t actually hungry 🤭 where as if it’s oreos on the shelf - you’d probably dive straight in haha i know, i’ve been there!! 🙈 try donating any foods that you don’t feel helps you on your journey - i know nut butters are my weakness so i choose not to have them in the house 🏡 
4️⃣ distract yourself. if you get up to have a snack at midnight, stop & recognize what you are about to do - count down from 10 and slow yourself down! if you still want to hit the kitchen, try distracting yourself with another activity and then reassess if you really want a snack after 20 minutes. to distract yourself, try brushing your teeth, taking a walk, listening to soft music, reading a book or talking to family or your partner 💕 ⁣
