having lunch prepped ahead of time is absolutely the best feeling🥗 if you’re planning to make your lunch next week, here’s some inspo for prep this weekend☺️❤️

1.find someone that looks at you the way i look at salmon in my lunch box😍 chopped romaine🥬 topped with cucumbers, tomatoes and seared salmon with berries🍒& chocolate covered almonds on the side.

2.macadamia nuts and 85% dark chocolate, two🥚🥚hard boiled eggs, arugula salad with prosciutto, cucumber ribbons, tomatoes and mozzarella🧀

3.seasoned chicken🍗, brown rice, sautéed kale with mixed berries and sea salt and almond dark chocolate🍫

4.salad with honey🍯mustard glazed chicken, sliced cucumbers and sliced avocado, clementines🍊 and a peppermint cookie bark😋

5.unwich with romaine, turkey, salami, feta and tomato, eggs, cucumber, goat cheese & protein bar.

Cette semaine je n’ai pas oublié. et c’est avec une grande, que dis-je une immense joie que j’ai perdu cette semaine 1,5 kilos. mais pas que, j’ai passé la barre des 20 kilos perdus depuis le début de mon challenge. 20,200 kilos pour être exacte. 🤣 je suis heureuse et fière et je ne souhaite qu’une chose, que cela continue. je me sens de mieux en mieux et ça ça n’a pas de prix. ma journée commence très bien ! j’espère que la vôtre aussi. 💪🏼☀️

👩🏻‍🍳✨please note: just the first meal plan is an example of intermittent fasting using the 16|8 protocol consisting of fasting for 16 hours and eating within an 8 hour window. some people enjoy and find the if eating pattern beneficial - however, this way of eating won’t suit everyone🙂


🧡day 1️⃣ = 1500 calories
7am breakfast: water 💦 + ☕️black coffee
12pm brunch: protein+ oats bowl 🥣 with milk.
toppings: h**p seeds + 🥥 flakes + 🍓+ 🍌
3pm meal: shredded rotisserie🍗 with sweet🍠 and🥒 salad and olive oil dressing
7pm meal: extra lean ground beef 🥩 with 🥦 and 🍚


🧡day 2️⃣ = 1600 calories
breakfast: protein 🥞 (oats+protein+🥚+🍌)
with toppings: 🍓+ low calorie chocolate syrup
lunch: grilled 🍗, baked tostadas, homemade guacamole: avocado, cilantro, onion, lime + 🍅
dinner: 🍗 + 🥔 + 🥒 with skittles and starburst for dessert😉..taste the 🌈
late snack: greek yogurt, 🍓+ 🥜 + 🥥


🧡day 3️⃣ = 1600 calories
breakfast: 🥚🥚 + fruit mix, multigrain toast + 🥥 oil + 🥬
snack: yogurt, oats, 🍓+ pb + 🍌 +nutritional yeast
lunch: grilled 🍗 + 2 homemade tortillas + 🥑 + veggies
supper: 🍗 + asparagus + nuts 🥜


🧡day 4️⃣ = 1700 calories

yogurt or milk add in.

Everyday is a struggle. the further out you are the easier it is to slip. it’s much easier because you can intake more food,foods that made you sick at 6mos post op don’t anymore, you get comfortable, & most importantly certain life events happen which motivation goes out the window! ⁣
last week i did lots & i mean lots of stress eating. i managed to eat 4 boxes of girl scout cookies by myself in a week. eating slices of bread during night baby feeds. like i said stress eating, has always been my downfall. i went from 208 to 213.6 in a week. i decided to reset and start over yesterday, so far so good. ⁣
my goal for february was to hit pre pregnancy weight which i doubt it’ll happen. i’ll be happy with just losing what i gained. #transformationtuesday i’m not where i want to be but most definitely not where i used to be.⁣

Pretend the front of me is drenched in sweat... that’s how i looked when i finished my workout; i just forgot to take a picture until hours later 😂.

went to the gym for the workout today - the heat is a lot for this wisconsin girl paired with broken air conditioning at home, i was just not into it. i was reminded i don’t love biking at the gym; i can never really get the bike adjusted properly for me but we got a ride in, some treadmill time in and even a brief little visit to the weights section. turned out to be a solid gym visit!

also, dropping a shoutout to these leggings from @senita - they’re their new skin collection and i’m pretty sure i could live in them! they’re so soft. (& no, i didn’t get paid to say this 😂).
